Based on the original flue gas desulfurization technology, wet flue gas high efficiency desulfurization technology can improve the efficiency of the desulfurization system by increasing the average flow efficiency plate, using interactive spray to improve the liquid gas ratio, increasing the desulfurization efficiency ring, etc., which can make the desulfurization efficiency of the whole system reach more than 98%, and improve the combined dust removal efficiency.
 
 
 
4. Wet electrostatic deep dust removal technology
 
 
 
The wet electrostatic deep dust removal technology is that the wet electrostatic precipitator is arranged behind the desulfurization absorption tower, which can effectively remove the ultra-fine particles, PM2.5, sulfur trioxide micro droplets, mercury in the flue gas and the desulfurization gypsum droplets carried in the flue gas after the demister, and completely eliminate the "gypsum rain" phenomenon. It is an efficient electrostatic precipitator. The efficiency of dust removal is more than 70%, and the efficiency of sulfur trioxide removal is more than 60%.
